General Terms and Conditions
Registration for and/or participation in the competition and/or seminars, as well as entry into the event venues, constitutes the explicit, unconditional, and irrevocable consent of all participants and spectators to the capture, use, and exploitation of their image, voice, likeness, and presence at any time during the event, both inside and outside the competition and seminar venues.
In the case of minors, such consent is deemed to be granted by their parents and/or legal guardians. By registering a minor participant, accompanying a minor, or permitting a minor to enter the event venues, parents and/or legal guardians expressly confirm that they have full legal authority to grant such consent on behalf of the minor and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Any audiovisual material produced (including, without limitation, photographs and video recordings) may be used by the organizers, without any time, geographic, or quantitative limitation, for promotional, advertising, marketing, informational, and communication purposes related to the event and the organizers. Such use may include, but is not limited to, social media platforms, digital and print media, official websites, advertising campaigns, banners, press releases, and any existing or future means of communication.
